Connection First Selling is the name of our introductory training session that places a priority on making genuine connections before attempting to sell or recommend services to a customer.
Our training focuses on developing the participants essential skill sets, by reviewing and role-playing scenarios that will help them to better engage and understand the needs of the customer.
By the end of the training, participants will understand how building stronger customer relationships will directly lead to improved sales, higher Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, and building and retaining their customer base.
Our training strategy centers on the essential service process steps and emphasizes best practices and behaviors that foster trust and consideration at every stage.
Our training sessions introduce your new service advisors to the fundamental steps needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and coach them on the behaviors that will help them to become stronger advisors at the onset of their careers.
For your more seasoned advisors, this course will be a back to the basics session, rehabbing their muscle memory and promoting best practices that will help to foster stronger relationships, improve CSI, and create greater selling opportunities.
